Experts plan strategies to prevent HIV (AP)

Bun Rany Hun Sen president of the Cambodia Red Cross and wife of Cambodia's prime minister looks at a HIV-positive orphan at a hospital in Phnom Penh December 1 2006 on World Aids day.
