FDA: No spinach farm 'off the hook' yet (AP)

Citing the use of tainted water for irrigation among other things Florez said state and federal food and health agencies had ample warning but didn't do enough to prevent the E. coli outbreaks like the ones that killed three sickened hundreds and shut down California's spinach and lettuce production in recent weeks.
